Perfect Combination Recipes for Gin

March 29, 2023

Gins are more flexible than you think. The lists of combinations below can captivate a lot of flavors that easily bring excitement to your drinks. Here are some different recipes you can try the next time you want to chill with friends and have a cocktail classic experience.

  • Lime, Mint, and Cucumber – This is the easiest recipe you can try. There is something about the combination of these products that elevate the quality of the gin. Before getting started, make sure to have a cocktail shaker to infuse the flavors properly. Sugar is optional if you are looking for a sweeter taste. Shake them and pour them over a glass of water with ice on it.
  • Pink drinks grapefruit – Add a little adventure to your drinks. This is great for pink lovers out there! All you need is a lot of ice, pink peppercorns, and fresh grapefruit, and add an ounce of gin and tonic.
  • Ginger with star anise – Use a potato peeler to cut strips from an orange. After peeling the fruit, slice the orange into quarters and put them in the shaker. Mix the ginger, star anise, ice, and gin. Shake them well and you are now ready to pour the drinks into the glasses. If you prefer to add tonic water, you may do so.
  • Lemon and rosemary – This process requires a little effort but it’s worth it in the end. Prepare a cast iron and set it to maximum heat. Slice a lemon and cook it for about 2-3 minutes. After the cooked lemon has cooled, put them into separate glasses with rosemary and sugar. Mix it up with a spoon and add 2 ounces of gin with ice and tonic water on it.
